Through earlier remodels, this grand 1890's Victorian had lost much of it's charm. With four young children, this family needed to be practical while restoring the original grandeur and elegance to their beautiful home.
Upstairs, the design included a master bedroom and bath suite with new walls and closets, a new additional bedroom with closets and a restored half bath. Downstairs, the kitchen was expanded and a full bath added. Finishes and fixtures throughout the house blend the owner's love of Italian style with the Victorian details of the house. The living room parlor area has a new formal bar and new tile surrounds three fireplaces. This project also includes lighting and color consultation for the entire house plus a new bathroom and kitchen for the downstairs rental unit.
